Change Account Password

While it is not possible to change the password associated with your Primary Username (you will need to contact Support to have this done), you can change the password that's associated with your Customer ID. There are two methods to do this - through the WebControlCenter or via email. 

Changing Your Account Password through the WebControlCenter
1. Login to the WebControlCenter.

2. Select Customer > Security > Reset Customer Login Password.


 
3. Enter in your new password and confirm it.



4. Click on the save button at the top of the page.

5. You will receive a message that the password has been reset.



That's it! Your new password is now active. Be sure you note the change for future logins to the WebControlCenter.
