View Payment History

This Knowledge Base article will allow you to view all of the receipts for any domain under your account. To update the email address that receipts are sent to see: Changing Billing Contact Information


WebControlCenter Navigation


Login to the WebControlCenter at http://www.webcontrolcenter.com/customer.aspx with your Customer ID and password. For login help, please see KB 1088.

Once logged into the WebControlCenter, go to Customer > Billing > Payment History.



You will have two options to search on the Payment History page. You can search the payment history by domain (all domains or a specific domain), or search payment history by one of the payment methods on your account.


To Search by Domain:


To search payment history by domain, click the "Domain" radio button.


On the "Search Criteria" drop down, choose the domain you would like to view the payment history for. To view all domains, choose "All Domains."


Select the data range you would like to view your payment history for.


Click Search.


To Search by Payment Method:


Click the "Payment Method" radio button.



On the "Search Criteria" drop down, select the payment method you would like to view the payment history for. To view all payment methods, choose "All payment methods."


Select the data range you would like to view your payment history for.



Click Search.


Search Results


Once the search has been completed you will see the entire list of every receipt for your account.  You will see payment dates, the amount of the payment, the method used to pay, and the option to view the receipt.  Click Receipt to pull up a copy of your receipt.
