To check the billing status on your account you first need to log into the WebControlCenter
Once logged in navigate to Customer > Billing > Billing Admin.
Once on the Billing Admin screen, the Status
section will list the status of your hosting account. For more detailed information click on the domain name to access your Billing Status.
This page will show you your current balance of your account, the length of time you are being billed for, and the list of the dates that billing reminders were sent to the billing email address(es) we have on file.
